Shipping Policy
1. What is the process for shipping and delivery?
Orders are typically dispatched within 72 hours. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor your order until it arrives at its destination. Delivery times may differ based on your location. As we ship internationally, we utilize various shipping carriers to ensure that orders do not remain pending for more than 72 hours.
2. How can I monitor my order?
Once your order is en route, we will provide you with a shipping confirmation email that includes a link to your tracking information. This will direct you to the courier's website, where you can access live tracking updates.
3. What are the terms regarding shipments, delivery, title, and risk of loss?
a. We will facilitate the shipment of the products to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees indicated during the ordering process.
b. Title and risk of loss will transfer to you once we hand over the products to the carrier. Please note that shipping and delivery dates are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in shipments.
4. Help, I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered.
If you think your order may be lost during transit, please be aware that while we receive estimated shipping times from our couriers, delays can occasionally happen. Your tracking number may reflect a 'delayed' delivery status. If your item has not arrived within 28 calendar days following shipment, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can commence an investigation.
*Important Note: Once we hand over your item(s) to our courier, the package is managed by a different service provider. We recognize that delays can be frustrating; however, once your order is with the courier, any issues fall outside our control and must be addressed by the courier.
5. Is it possible to modify my shipping address?
If you wish to alter your shipping address, and your order has not yet been dispatched, kindly provide us with the new information along with your order number at [email protected], and we will make the necessary updates. *Important Note: We can only ship your order to the address you initially provided. If an incorrect address was given and the package is delivered there, we cannot retrieve it and will not assume responsibility. Please ensure your address is accurate!
6. How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 7-12 business days worldwide.
