Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items with size-related issues unless the error originated from our shipping department. We believe it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information provided on the order form is accurate. We will not issue a refund or replacement if the incorrect address was due to a mistake made by the customer.

Rationale for Non-Refundable Shipping:

Shipping fees are paid directly to the carrier responsible for delivering your package and are not recoverable. Consequently, we cannot include these costs in your refund. 

Return Shipping cost:

The cost of return shipping varies based on your location and the courier selected. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an estimated amount as it is outside of our control.
